 • We review rental history, income, employment, criminal and eviction history, credit history, debt-to-income ratio, and payment history.
 • Applicants must have no evictions within the past seven years.
We do not lease on a first-come, first-served basis. In many cases, we receive multiple applications, and we approve the most qualified applicant based on our established criteria.

Most of our properties allow up to two pets; however, some do not allow pets at all. Whether pets are permitted will be noted in the property description. If pets are allowed, a non-refundable pet fee or deposit will apply for each pet.

No. Unlike many property management companies that charge termination or buyout fees, we do not require that. If you are not satisfied with our services, you may terminate the agreement with a 30-day notice.
