Leasing a Home

MARKETING

We work to quickly find the right tenant for your home and use our proven marketing & promotional methods to attract high-quality applicants.

Marketing is key to managing a successful rental. We provide an expert market analysis for each of the properties we manage to make sure we are getting as much as possible but still finding a great tenant quickly.

TENANT SCREENING

Our extensive screening process includes a thorough background and credit check on each potential tenant to assess the likelihood the tenant will fulfill the terms of the lease and responsibly care for your rental property.

We also check each tenant for any evictions, judgements or landlord collections as well as verify their employment and income. All tenant’s previous landlord references will be verified.

RENT COLLECTION

We make sure our owners get paid on time, every time. You no longer have to worry about reminding tenants of their obligations or rent showing up late in your bank account because we take care of everything, so you have to worry about nothing.

 

We have made paying rent simple for our tenants by collecting rent online via electronic check (ACH) or by credit card.

PROPERTY MAINTENANCE

Our in-house maintenance crew saves our owners money and allows us to make repairs quickly for both our tenants and owners. All of our contractors are insured and loyal to our goal of providing the best service and workmanship in the industry.

 

We conduct inspections Bi-Annual and upon move-in and move-out to ensure all maintenance issues are addressed in a timely manner.

Our goal is to maximize your income and minimize your expenses. With our detailed financial reporting tools, it’s never been easier to keep tabs on your investment.

 

Our job of keeping your financials in order includes but not limited to: Rent collection and recording, Security deposit disbursements, paying vendor bills, End of the year tax statements and 1099’s, New owner, tenant, and vendor setup.

With us, you’re never going to pay two leasing fees in a 12 month period. If a tenant placed by KRPM  breaks their lease within the first twelve months, we will find a replacement tenant  for FREE.

Rest assured that KRPM has one of the most extensive screening process procedures in our local industry to ensure the tenants we place in your property are qualified.
